The Agoda Finance Team is composed of 250+ talented individuals, spanning Fintech Commercial, New Business Initiatives, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Collections, Payment Operations, Treasury, Tax, Risk & Controls, Procurement, Finance Systems, and Data & Automation. Our teams are largely based in Bangkok, and we work closely with our Finance counterparts across Booking Holdings in different regions.

Agoda’s Finance Team interview process: What to expect 

While the hiring journey will vary depending on the specific role and team within the Finance organization, most candidates can expect the following stages: 

1. Application:

Browse open roles on our Careers site or LinkedIn. Tailor your CV to highlight relevant skills and experience and ensure it aligns with the job description.

2. Recruiter Screening:

For qualified applicants who move forward to the screening stage, a recruiter will connect with you for a discussion covering: 

  • An overview of the team and role
  • Key deliverables and expectations

  • Your motivation for joining Agoda and interest in the position 

This conversation may also include your Agoda salary expectations, availability, and relocation plans if applicable. If the role involves moving to Bangkok, we’ll provide a detailed walkthrough of the relocation process. 

3. Interview Rounds:

There are usually 4 interview rounds, though this may vary by role and seniority. Each round is designed to evaluate different competencies such as domain knowledge, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership potential. Here’s the typical format:

4. Assessments:
