Our Interview Approach

In general, Agoda utilizes the CAR (Context-Action-Results) interview method known for its competency- and evidence-based questions. You may be presented with theoretical questions or case studies.

EXPLAINWe want to understand how you think, so explain your thought processes throughout the interview. Let the interviewers know what decisions you make and why.
QUESTIONFeel free to question and clarify the problem with the interviewers to make sure your answer is spot-on. Remember that interviews are a two-way process: our interviewers love to have more of a discussion than the usual Q&A, so please ask about anything you want clarified.
