Procurement at Agoda is a strategic global function that drives value across the organization by optimizing supplier partnerships and ensuring efficient use of resources. Within Procurement, the Strategic Sourcing team for Marketing plays a pivotal role in enabling impactful brand campaigns by collaborating with Marketing and sourcing world-class suppliers. Our mission is to deliver creative excellence while maximizing value and efficiency.

Partnering with the Brand Marketing team, which manages end-to-end campaign execution from conceptualizing TV commercials and negotiating celebrity contracts to media planning and performance measurement we source best-in-class suppliers to ensure every campaign is innovative, cost-effective, and contributes meaningfully to Agoda’s financial performance.

The opportunity: 

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the cost evaluation process of producing high-quality marketing campaigns, including crafting TV commercials from scratch. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Agoda Marketing while also adopting the perspective of Finance. You’ll play a dual role, ensuring that every activity or project not only delivers creative excellence but also drives measurable returns on investment. This unique mix of marketing and financial acumen will allow you to contribute to impactful campaigns while maintaining a strong focus on value creation and efficiency.

You will also work directly with our suppliers and agencies across multiple countries, providing you with a global perspective and exposure to diverse markets. You’ll also have the chance to be a lead communicator with Directors and C-Level executives of our third-party vendors, helping you improve your professional communication and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you’ll get to: 

• Source and evaluate best-in-class suppliers in Agoda’s growth markets by working with sister brands and external databases. You will be assisting Requests for Proposals which involves multiple vendors from different countries.
• Develop and implement multi-faceted negotiation strategies by conducting market research, use Game Theory, and working with both Brand Marketing and different teams in Finance such as Finance Business Planning, Accounting, Risk and Compliance.
• Manage contracts by working with Legal and Compliance team

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
• Available to participate in the internship program from 24th of May to 30th of July 2027 (10-week program)
• Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
• Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen. Consulting background is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment 
• Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
