What also excites me most is the strong support from my team manager and teammate. I’m part of the Specialized Support Team (SST), where I manage complex interactions that require greater support, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. We provide tailored solutions and alternatives for customers and handle escalated cases with care and precision.
It’s incredibly rewarding to help customers overcome unexpected obstacles and restore their peace of mind. Regular coaching and peer feedback have helped me grow, and I love that our work involves negotiation, critical thinking, and quick problem-solving. The most fulfilling part is receiving positive feedback from customers, which reaffirms that my work truly makes a difference in their lives and adds meaning to what I do every day.

As a Customer Service Specialist in the Chinese-language Team, I assist customers with post-booking issues and work closely with our travel partners to ensure we provide peace of mind and resolve every case efficiently. Helping customers solve their problems gives me a real sense of accomplishment. I love making a difference in their experience and receiving positive feedback. The daily challenges and constant opportunities to learn keep me motivated and excited about my role at Agoda.
One of my favorite things about working at Agoda is the flexibility to work from home. We typically work from home for 7 weeks and gather for a week in the office for connections and team bonding. Agoda’s flexible hybrid work model saves me from daily traffic and gives me more time with my family. Plus, Agoda organizes plenty of fun activities in and out of the office, making the back-to-office experience enjoyable and keeping our work environment lively.

I began my journey at Agoda as an agent and, after two and a half years, had the opportunity to step into a Team Manager role in the Customer Service & Support Team. These experiences pushed me outside my comfort zone and taught me to adapt quickly, collaborate closely, and grow as a leader. My daily work centers on guiding, supporting, and developing our team of specialists, balancing both well-being and productivity. It’s about ensuring the team feels supported, has the right resources, and stays motivated to deliver great service to our customers.
No two days are ever the same at Agoda. I’m constantly facing new challenges that keep me on my toes. What I enjoy most is witnessing the growth of my team members, seeing them gain confidence, improving their skills, and achieving their goals is incredibly rewarding.
