Pride at Agoda

Health and well-being 

Support when you need it most: We understand that life can be challenging. Agoda’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential access to professional counseling services in over 20 languages. This holistic approach to well-being ensures our employees have the support they need to thrive personally and professionally. 

In addition to health insurance and travel discounts, the Benefits team oversees Agoda Choice. This customizable benefits program allows employees to take ownership of their development and well-being.  

Flexible employee benefits: Whether health, fitness, learning, personal travel, or wellness, Agodans can decide what they want to focus on – and get reimbursed for it. Over the years, we’ve heard our colleagues’ stories of using their benefits to achieve different goals. Upskilling made easy: Access a vast library of free learning resources on platforms like Bridge, LinkedIn Learning, and Udemy. These comprehensive courses cater to diverse interests and career goals and are accessible anytime and anywhere. 

Fostering innovation: Initiatives like aGROWda, our global learning festival, promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration, facilitating personal and professional growth. Additionally, Agoda Leap empowers employees to become intrapreneurs, encouraging them to develop and launch innovative ideas that can reshape the travel technology landscape.

Building a community at Agoda

Building connections at Agoda goes beyond casual Friday drinks or annual retreats. The Workplace Development team creates experiences as unique as our teams, like our in-office celebrations that bring food, culture, and conversation together.

Our epic global annual staff party, Agodafest, also lets us celebrate our achievements. We’re always finding ways to blend work with fun, encouraging our teams to bond, collaborate, and celebrate together. 

Giving back as a team

We’re committed to using our skills to drive positive change around the globe. Through our Volunteering and Giving platform, team members engage in everything from beach and canal cleanups to refurbishing community spaces – embodying a culture of service.  

Whether offering virtual support for Giving Tuesday in North America or serving meals for communities in need, our Agodans are actively leveraging their collective power to build a more inclusive and resilient society.  

In 2022, we launched our Community-Based Tourism Support Initiative in Thailand, the home of Agoda’s largest office. Through this initiative, Agodans lend their time and expertise to small—to mid-sized businesses within local tourism communities and help them thrive. Since then, we’ve dedicated more than 2,000 volunteer hours to communities across five provinces and received the CSR Excellence Award from the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand for our work.
