After seven years at Microsoft in Seattle, initially working on developer tools like Visual Studio and then more consumer-facing products like the Windows Phone, David Salamon now heads up the conversion optimization teams for Agoda’s website and mobile apps as a Senior Product Owner.
Tamara Kievsky spent years managing the Content team at Agoda’s sister company, Booking.com, in Buenos Aires before moving to New York where she is now working as a Supply Innovation Business Owner at Agoda.

At Agoda, we have our biggest team of 2,000+ employees in Thailand working at offices in Bangkok, Phuket and Chiang Mai. Around this time each year, Agodans will begin to wear bright floral clothes and arm themselves with toy water guns to celebrate one of Thailand’s most important holidays together: Songkran, the Thai New Year.

Joy Xiayun Sun is a Development Manager who leads one of the data engineering teams at Agoda. “The problems we solve here are interesting,” says Joy, “Because they’re not just about technology or business – we take into account the entire market dynamics.”
Leonid Olevsky is a Development Manager in Agoda’s mobile team. He still remembers how different he felt when he first joined the team two years ago. “It was fun,” explains Leonid. “I used to be the one who only works at work, but here is totally different.
