Agoda’s Product Team interview process: What to expect 

While the hiring process will vary depending on the specific role and team within the Product organization, most candidates can expect the following stages: 

1. Application:

Start by browsing open roles on our Careers site or LinkedIn. Tailor your CV to highlight relevant skills and experience and ensure it aligns with the job description. 

2. Recruiter Screening:

For qualified applicants who move forward to the screening stage, a recruiter will connect with you for a discussion covering: 

  • An overview of the team and role
  • Key deliverables and expectations
  • Your career experience
  • Your motivation for joining Agoda and interest in the position 

This conversation may also include your Agoda salary expectations, availability, and relocation plans if applicable. If the role involves moving to Bangkok, we’ll provide a detailed walkthrough of the relocation process. 

3. Assessment:

4. Interview Rounds:

During this phase, we’ll determine which position and product vertical best match your skills and interests. Our decision will be based on your experience, competencies, and where you can make the greatest impact. The interview process includes five rounds in total, with each session lasting about an hour. You can expect an introduction, behavioral questions, case studies, and an opportunity to ask your own questions in each round. 

5. Final Decision:

We typically make the final decision within 2 weeks of your last interview round and will notify you via email.
