The application process

2. Apply online: Explore our vacancies. Here, you’ll find detailed job descriptions and requirements for roles across our global offices. Tailor your resume to highlight relevant experiences and skills, ensuring it aligns with the role you’re applying for. If you have an Agodan in your network, you can ask them to refer you for the position.
3. Recruiter screening: Once you hit Submit, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application. If your profile matches our needs, a recruiter will contact you for an initial screening call. This call helps us understand your background, career aspirations, and fit for the role. It’s also an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about Agoda.
The interview stages
Depending on availability, we aim to complete the process in under 30 days.
1. Technical assessments: Depending on the role, you might be required to complete a technical assessment or case study. Each team and department has a unique process to help us gauge your problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
2. Initial interviews: If you pass the technical assessment, you’ll proceed to the initial interview rounds. These are typically conducted over video calls and involve team members from your prospective department. For example, if you’re applying for a design role, you’ll discuss your portfolio and approach to design challenges. Engineers will discuss technical problems and coding strategies.
3. Final interviews: The final stage involves a series of in-depth interviews, which may take place in person or virtually, depending on your location. You’ll meet potential colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders. This stage often includes a panel interview, where you present your previous work and solve real-time problems to demonstrate your skills and thought processes. For instance, you might whiteboard solutions or discuss how you’d handle specific scenarios relevant to your role.
