There’s one celebration Agodans around the world look forward to every year: AgodaFest. More than just an annual party, it’s a chance for our global teams to come together, celebrate our achievements, and make memories with colleagues from across the world.
This year, AgodaFest took us on a journey through time. With three eras to explore — Prohibition Speakeasy, 80s–90s Rewind, and Cyberpunk — teams around the world put their own spin on the theme. Some offices traveled through all three eras, while others chose one era to bring to life. From historic venues and retro nostalgia to futuristic celebrations, here’s how Agodans celebrated AgodaFest 2026!
Thailand
Bangkok brought the full Time Travel experience to life, with over 3,500 Agodans coming together for a spectacular night of music, games, and celebration. The main stage transported everyone into a futuristic Cyberpunk world, where host Rusameekae Fagerlund kept the energy high before legendary Thai rock band Bodyslam took the stage for a headline performance that had the crowd going wild.
Around the venue, Agodans could journey between different eras, from a hidden Prohibition-inspired speakeasy with live jazz and custom cocktails, to a retro disco zone featuring dazzling rollerblade performances. Karaoke, games, and prize giveaways kept the excitement going throughout the night, with the grand prizes giving some lucky Agodans the funds and leave days to each make their dream trip a reality.
China
Our Shanghai and Foshan teams enjoyed a blast from the past with their Rewind-themed AgodaFest celebrations. Agodans partied the night away with games, performances, and plenty of prizes, including coveted goodies like a Dyson hairdryer and an OSHO action camera.
India
AgodaFest India brought together the best of Rewind and Prohibition for a nostalgic celebration in Gurugram. Agodans teamed up for games like DigiRun and Snakes & Ladders, got creative with face painting and live caricatures, and captured the evening through interactive photo experiences and Glambot slow-motion videos.
Japan
52 floors up with stunning views of Tokyo Tower and the city skyline, AgodaFest Japan offered an unforgettable evening above the bright lights of Tokyo. Agodans brought their best looks for the Best Dressed prize, filling the night with plenty of style and energy.
The interactive games gave colleagues a fun way to connect across different teams, while the lucky draw brought plenty of excitement with prizes including an Apple Watch, Nintendo Switch 2, and iPad.
Malaysia
Malaysia embraced the full Time Travel experience, journeying through all three eras: Prohibition Speakeasy, 80s–90s Rewind, and Cyberpunk. The celebration brought together different styles, sounds, and experiences for a night that truly spanned decades.
Philippines
The Philippines team went back to the 80s and 90s for a colorful Rewind-themed celebration. Between bowling and other festivities, Agodans had plenty of opportunities to unwind, reconnect, and celebrate together.
South Korea
AgodaFest South Korea took a trip down memory lane with a Rewind theme. Agodans competed in games, cheered on dance performances, and took part in a Best Dressed competition, with exciting prizes adding to the anticipation throughout the evening.
Singapore
At AgodaFest Singapore, history provided the perfect backdrop for a journey into the Prohibition era. The celebration took place at the historic Capitol Theatre at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel, and the space’s old-world charm helped set the scene beautifully.
Agodans enjoyed retro arcade games, a Cash Grab machine, pool, a photo booth, and a claw machine before sitting down for dinner. The evening continued with team games on stage, a live jazz band, and a lucky draw to round out the celebrations.
Indonesia
The Indonesia team traveled back to the 90s for an evening filled with good music, team bonding, and celebration. A holographic print photo booth gave everyone a fun way to capture the memories, while interactive games, a DJ, and live band kept the 90s spirit going throughout the night.
Egypt
In Cairo, Agodans stepped into the future for a Cyberpunk-themed celebration set against the backdrop of a historic palace overlooking the Nile. Futuristic décor transformed the venue, while live entertainment, karaoke, and a glitter bar kept the festivities going.
The highlight of the evening was an electrifying performance from Egyptian artist Oka, who had everyone on their feet and brought the night to an unforgettable close.
Taiwan
Taiwan took AgodaFest all the way back in time with their Prohibition-era celebration. Agodans dressed up for the occasion and embraced the immersive atmosphere with great food and drinks, a photo booth, and some friendly competition.
Looking back on AgodaFest 2026
From roaring 20s-inspired glamour to 90s nostalgia and futuristic Cyberpunk worlds, AgodaFest 2026 proved that there’s no limit to how we can celebrate together. Across different eras, countries, and cultures, one thing remained the same: Agodans know how to come together and make memories.
