Bangkok is an incredibly dynamic city. From modern skyscrapers sitting next to traditional dwellings, to streetside bowls of noodles and world-class restaurants, there’s always an interesting alley to check out, historical site to investigate, and plate of food to enjoy. And then there’s the Thai people, whose smiles are infectious and welcoming.
Having lived in India and London, I think that Bangkok combines the best of both worlds – a good mix of the east and west. I’ve found here a diverse international culture, very warm people, and an easy lifestyle. Being a vegetarian, I’m surprised by the variety of food options I’ve indulged in. Outside of the bustling city life of Bangkok, Thailand has some of the most beautiful holiday spots – perfect for avid travelers like me. I feel there’s never been a dull moment in Bangkok – at or outside of work!
Bangkok is a vibrant city filled with wonderful people, food, and culture. I always say if it exists anywhere in the world it exists in Bangkok. It is a unique place that radiates energy. Not to mention being located here gives you opportunities to experience amazing places outside of Bangkok both within in Thailand and throughout Asia.
