Yokohama — Landmark Tower: Home to our Customer Service & Support team. Based in one of Japan’s tallest buildings, the office offers expansive views and bright spaces that match the scale and innovation we build at Agoda.
Osaka — Umeda Twin Towers: Well-connected office that brings local Kansai energy and makes it easy to collaborate across the region.
You’ll be joining 200+ team members in Japan, and a global family of 7,000+ people representing over 90 nationalities.
Customer Service & Support: Based in Yokohama, this team helps make every trip feel smoother. They support Japanese speaking travelers across time zones — solving problems, easing concerns, and working with hotel partners to deliver excellent experiences.
Supply: Our commercial engine. The Supply team works on business development and account management, partnering with hotels, airlines, and other providers to boost revenue and visibility using smart programs and digital tools.
Rocket Travel by Agoda (RTA): Our B2B arm. RTA builds whitelabel travel solutions for large consumer brands — from letting customers earn or redeem miles and points to booking hotels, flights, and activities. RTA partners with major airlines, banks, and platforms to make travel commerce seamless at scale.
