チームイベント：季節ごとのイベントや、ランチやチームディナー、チームビルディングなど、1年を通して楽しめる企画があります。
日々の仕事の合間にも、リラックスして仲間と交流できる時間を大事にしています。
RTOアクティビティ：カスタマーエクスペリエンスチーム向けに、オフィス勤務の週(RTO-Return To Office)に合わせてチームイベントや学習セッションなど、CEGに特化した取り組みも用意しています。
顔を合わせて働きながら、チームの一体感と自分自身の成長の両方を感じられるような工夫をしています。

SupplyチームとRocket Travel by Agodaチームの拠点です。
都内でも屈指の眺望の良さを誇る、東京タワーを望むオフィスです。
大阪 ー 梅田ツインタワーズ
関西エリアの中心拠点となる、アクセス良好なオフィスです。
関西ならではの活気にあふれ、ほかの拠点のチームとも連携しやすい環境です。
日本では200名以上のメンバー、そして世界では90を超える国籍・7,000人以上のスタッフがAgodaで働いています。
Customer Service & Support（カスタマーサービス＆サポート）：横浜を拠点とする、旅をもっとスムーズにする役割を担うチームです。
日本語を話すお客様を対象に、さまざまなタイムゾーンでサポートを行い、トラブル対応や不安の解消、ホテルパートナーとの連携を通じて、より良い体験をお届けしています。
Supply（サプライ）：Agodaの「ビジネスの原動力」となるチームです。
ホテル、航空会社、その他さまざまなパートナーと協働し、ビジネス開発やアカウントマネジメントを担当しています。
各種プログラムやデジタルツールを活用し、パートナーの売上向上や露出拡大をサポートします。
Rocket Travel by Agoda（RTA）：AgodaのBtoB部門にあたるチームです。
大手の一般消費者向けブランドに対して、自社名を出さないかたちで旅行予約システムを提供しています。マイルやポイントの「貯める・使う」機能から、ホテル・航空券・アクティビティの予約まで幅広くサポートします。
RTAは航空会社や銀行、様々なサービス事業者と提携し、大規模かつシームレスな旅行サービスのしくみを実現しています。
私はカスタマーエクスペリエンススペシャリストからキャリアをスタートし、会社の成長とともにチームキャプテン、そしてチームマネージャーへとステップアップしました。
Agodaは未経験でも『挑戦したい』という意欲を歓迎してくれる会社です。実践的なトレーニングや定期的なリーダーシップセッションなどのサポート体制が整っているおかげで、マネジメント職に就いてからも成長を続けることができています。 変化には大変なこともありますが、何よりも私がここまで続けてこられたのは、一緒に働く仲間たちの支えと日々の協力があったからです。 これからもチーム一丸となって挑戦を続け、お客さまにより良い体験を提供できるよう努めていきます。
