“I’m part of the Strategic Account Management team at Agoda, where we serve as consultants to our major chain hotels and partners in Japan, offering strategic advice on how best to excel on our commercial platform. My main objective is to help improve hotel revenue through the Agoda platform by providing data-driven insights, tailored strategies, and ongoing partnership support. I work closely with hotel partners to identify growth opportunities, optimize their online presence, and ensure they achieve their business goals.
What keeps me excited about my role is the thrill of closing big deals and knowing that my work has a positive impact on the organization as a whole. I find fulfillment in taking on challenging tasks and seeing the results materialize for Agoda and our partners. I always strive to be a win-win partner, making sure my proposals address fundamental issues and create real value.
One of my proudest moments was leading the promotion of Agoda’s 20th birthday campaign. I organized kickoff meetings, shared daily progress, and brought the team together to achieve outstanding results on a global scale. It was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we unite around a common goal. What I love most about working here is the open, transparent culture. Anyone can speak up and share ideas. We’re empowered to take ownership and act like entrepreneurs. If we see something that can be done, we’re encouraged to take initiative. I feel myself growing every day, and I’m grateful for the feedback and support I receive from my team.”

A highlight for me was leading improvements for a hotel chain that, over time, transformed from being cautious about Agoda to becoming one of our strongest partners, achieving impressive growth together.
Agoda’s fast-paced and data-driven environment, with constant innovation and new programs, keeps me energized and always learning. Our team is made up of individuals with unique strengths, and we collaborate seamlessly to solve challenges and achieve results. “I’m part of the Growth and Accelerator Team, and we develop solutions for Agoda’s emerging and high-growth accommodation partners. My focus is on long-tail properties, including hotels with untapped potential to grow bookings, from ryokans to business hotels. Every day, I connect with a wide range of clients, each with their own unique opportunities to grow, like increasing occupancy, improving revenue, and finding creative ways to elevate their business. The variety keeps things interesting, and every call is a new opportunity to help our partners succeed.
What excites me most is the chance to make a real difference for our hotel partners. The more conversations I have, the more I learn, and the more I can tailor solutions that truly fit each property’s needs.

“I’ve been with Agoda for over 10 years, and my journey here has allowed me to experience a variety of roles and life stages. I began in the Strategic Accounts team, moved to the Growth Team, and now I’m part of the Regional Account Management team.
In my current role, I help drive both regional and global strategies, collaborating closely with colleagues across different teams. I look after local hotel chains in the Growth team portfolio, maintaining active communication with our partners through phone and virtual meetings to support their ongoing success on Agoda.
I really appreciate Agoda’s flexible working options and support from my team, which have allowed me to balance my career and family, especially during periods of maternity and childcare leave.
