In this Role, you’ll be involved in:

1. Streamline Team Processes:

• Analyze current team workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Develop and document standardized procedures to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and adjust as needed to drive continuous improvement.

1. Dashboard Development:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Help build PDD (Process Design Document) to summarize user expectations and socialize with relevant stakeholders including Fintech teams.
• Help in raising concerns with Fin Solutions or Fintech team or Fin Data teams if any concerns or issues are noticed on existing dashboard / reports.
• Provide training and support team members on dashboard usage and interpretation of data insights.

1. Automation of Aging Calculation and Task Allocation:

• Engage with stakeholders in BKK Finance for gaining knowledge around calculating aging metrics and distributing tasks.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual processes.
• Develop, test, and deploy automated solutions to streamline aging calculations and task assignments.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions for scalability and reliability.

What you’ll Need to Succeed: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Analytics)
• Proven experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to engage well with stakeholders and drive process / project discussions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of SQL , Tableau , Power BI is an added advantage.
