In this Role, you’ll be involved in:  

  • Streamline Team Processes: 
    • Analyze current team workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
    • Develop and document standardized procedures to ensure consistency and clarity. 
    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvements. 
    • Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and adjust as needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Dashboard Development: 
    • Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand reporting needs. 
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using internal systems and tools. 
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates in all dashboards. 
    • Provide training and support team members on dashboard usage and interpretation of data insights. 
  • Automation of Aging Calculation and Task Allocation: 
    • Assess current methods for calculating aging metrics and distributing tasks. 
    • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual processes. 
    • Develop, test, and deploy automated solutions to streamline aging calculations and task assignments. 
    • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions for scalability and reliability. 

What you’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems). 
  • Proven experience in process improvement and workflow optimization. 
  • Strong proficiency in financial Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar). 
  • Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and solutions. 
  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining dashboards. 
  • Proficient in using databases to extract and manipulate data (e.g., SQL, Oracle, or similar). 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Experience with automation tools or scripting is a plus.
