After five years, I'm still excited by Agoda's fast-paced culture, in which everyone is empowered to experiment and propose disruptive changes. I also have the pleasure to work with people who share a real appetite for data, which is our common language across the company.
Agoda allows me to work with smart people from different backgrounds and opportunities for me to develop myself personally and professionally. We strive to improve products to support and ease traveling experience not only to customers but hotel partners which is the key role for our team. My favorite memory since working here is there is never a day that I don’t enjoy my work because we keep improving and moving fast to be ahead of the industry.
Two things that stand out for me the most at Agoda are data and experimentation. Here, we take data very seriously. I’ve learned a great deal about using data more meaningfully to validate hypotheses and unnerve complex problems. And Agoda’s perfect blend of the startup culture and an organized setup makes it a great place to experiment with your ideas and learn from them. I am constantly motivated to work on new ideas or to grow ideas from within the team.
