Our global Accommodation Support and Customer Support teams provide support in 18 languages, operating 24/7 across time zones to ensure help is always within reach. With hubs across the world, including Malaysia, Egypt, India, Thailand, Japan, and South Korea, we bring together local expertise and global collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality service at scale.
As a Customer Support agent, you’ll play a direct role in shaping how millions experience travel. Every interaction makes an impact. Every solution builds trust. And every shift contributes to Agoda’s mission of helping people see the world for less.
Enables Agoda’s accommodation partners around the world to succeed on our platform. From onboarding and content updates to performance support, the team works closely with property partners to ensure smooth collaboration and a seamless experience for both hosts and travelers.
Provides support to travelers booking stays, flights, and activities on Agoda. From pre-booking questions to post-trip assistance, we handle changes, cancellations, payment queries, and unexpected travel disruptions with speed and empathy.

Agents come into the office just one week every two months, so you can stay connected to your team while having the freedom to manage your time.
