The Opportunity:

In this role, you will enhance Agoda’s success by recruiting and attracting high-quality, diverse candidates. You will focus on both active and passive candidate generation for various positions locally and globally, acting as a talent acquisition expert. Your emphasis will be on hiring top Sales, Account Management talents within the Agoda Supply organization.

In this Role, you’ll get to: 

  • Support the business by delivering effective, timely recruitment solutions, utilizing analytics to enhance the hiring process.
  • Provide a full range of recruitment services, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Review CVs and conduct pre-screening and in-person interviews as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in the selection process, attending interviews to provide support.
  • Conduct interview debriefs to address potential issues and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top external talent, leveraging various channels and techniques.
  • Enhance our employer brand in partnership with the HR team.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Experience recruiting for APAC markets preferred, especially Japan.
  • Experience in the OTA (online travel), e-commerce, or tech industries preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages like Japanese are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across various locations and disciplines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all business levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
  • Confident communicator capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
