Agoda’s Marketing Team interview process: What to expect

While the hiring process varies by role and team within Agoda Marketing, most candidates can expect the following stages:

1. Application:

Start by browsing open roles on our Careers site or LinkedIn. Tailor your CV to highlight relevant skills and experience and ensure it aligns with the job description.

2. Assessment:

You may be asked to complete a numerical assessment or a case study. If you’re going for an Analyst role, you can expect to be tested on your technical and analytical skills. For Marketing Specialist, Brand, or Communications positions, you’ll usually get a case study. This is your chance to really shine and show off your expertise in the field!

3. Recruiter Screening (30-minute call):

A recruiter will connect with you to discuss your background and skills, motivation for joining Agoda, and alignment with the role. Be prepared to share examples of your most impactful projects and how they contributed to business value. This conversation may also cover your Agoda salary expectations and availability

4. Interview Rounds:

There are typically 3 interview rounds, although this will vary depending on role and seniority. The interviews will focus on your analytical skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, team fit, and communication skills. The case study round is especially important, as it assesses your ability to provide business recommendations based on data.

5. Final Decision:
