We believe that every journey deepens understanding and empathy. That’s why we collaborate closely with local governments, organizations, and our own employee resource groups to champion sustainable travel, reduce the hassle, and make every adventure seamless and truly unforgettable.

Giving back

We empower our employees to champion the causes they are passionate about through volunteering, donations, and community events.

  • In 2024, 3,734 Agodans  took part in volunteering and giving back. 
  • Agoda also supported 299 organizations and charities across the globe. 

Shaping future tech leaders

As one of Asia’s leading tech companies, we’re committed to shaping the next chapter of our industry. Partnering with local organizations, we share our expertise and invest our know-how in developing the next generation of tech innovators.

Our flagship initiative, Agoda Tech Camp Day, turns theory into action. Students tackle real-world challenges through coding, workshops, and industry mentorship, sparking their curiosity and passion to explore future careers in tech.

So far, we’ve reached more than 1,200 students across Thailand—and we’re only getting started, with exciting plans to expand even further. 

Sustainability and environmental conservation 

Agoda has a longstanding partnership with WWF and our hotel partners through the Eco Deals Program, actively championing initiatives to support conservation projects across Asia. As of 2024, Agoda has donated more than $US1 million to WWF, ensuring our destinations remain an environment that can be enjoyed by future generations.  

We partner with global organizations such as the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), to provide sustainability training for hoteliers across Asia. 

Through this collaboration, we offer training and educational resources to support accommodation partners in achieving sustainability certifications and fostering sustainable tourism practices.
