The Opportunity 

The Onboarding Team is part of the greater team called Global Mobility (GM). Our mission is to enable the successful onboarding of any new Agodans by creating memorable & meaningful experiences.  

Your role as a People Onboarding Coordinator will be a key player in ensuring that our onboarding operation activities, are met within the prescribed SLAs, from offer acceptance to Day One. This role will suit an individual with high degree of proactiveness, creativity, a “can-do” attitude and service mind. You will be co-managing the delivery of our operational work & other initiatives, while also highly involved in building and maintaining a seamless onboarding process for employees.

In this Role, you’ll get to 

  • Co-own all aspects of day-to-day onboarding operations work, in line with the intended key performance indicators (KPIS), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and OKRs. 
  • Co-owns other operational aspects of in-house onboarding & global mobility work, which will include management of employee satisfaction and timely HR Operations service delivery. 
  • Create warm and welcoming experiences for new hires that ensure they receive clear and straightforward information before joining. 
  • Work in partnership with operational teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement in service delivery performance in line with business needs. 
  • Provide administrative support to the team to help achieve operational goals 

What you’ll Need to Succeed 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related fields. Fresh grads are welcome. 
  • Strong organizational skills; time management; attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands. 
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and multi-cultural group of professionals while managing relationships as well.  
  • Ability to shift priorities and move fast based on business needs. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • It’s a plus if you can start immediately

It’s great if you have: 

  • Experience working in an HR role 
  • Familiar with core HR tools like Workday & Greenhouse would be great.  
  • Passion for People; ensuring that new hires are off to a great journey here with Agoda.
