Recruitment Programs is a core part of Agoda’s People and Organizational Development team within Talent Acquisition. We help design and deliver key hiring projects—like early careers pipelines, employee referral campaigns, and internal mobility initiatives—that support Agoda’s growth and talent needs. The Opportunity: 

As a Recruitment Programs Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in planning, coordinating, and delivering recruitment projects that matter. You’ll work closely with team members, recruiters, and business partners to make sure projects run smoothly, stay on track, and achieve their goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and working with people across different teams. 

 

In This Role, You’ll Get To: 

  • Support Key Recruitment Projects: Help plan, launch, and track projects such as early careers hiring, employee referral drives, and internal mobility campaigns. 
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and other partners to keep everyone aligned and informed. 
  • Monitor Progress: Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Flag risks or issues early and help find solutions. 
  • Use Data to Guide Decisions: Collect and analyze project data (e.g., application numbers, hiring speed, feedback) to measure success and suggest improvements. 
  • Communicate Clearly: Prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations for the team and stakeholders. 
  • Improve Processes: Suggest ways to make our recruitment projects more efficient and effective. 
  • Contribute to Team Success: Share your ideas, support colleagues, and help create a positive, high-performing team environment. 

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • Experience: 3–5 years in project management, recruiting operations, HR, or a related field—ideally with exposure to recruitment or talent programs. 
  • Project Management Skills: Able to plan, organize, and deliver projects on time and within scope. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and metrics to track progress and identify improvements. 
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work with people at all levels. 
  • Collaboration: Enjoys working in teams and building relationships across functions. 
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding practical solutions. 
  • Attention to Detail: Organized and thorough in managing tasks and documentation. 
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
