The Customer Experience Group (CEG) is Agoda’s largest business unit, with 4,000+ employees across 9 countries, delivering multilingual and multichannel customer support to travelers and partners. Within CEG, our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is the engine that powers growth—connecting top-tier talent with game-changing opportunities. We are a high-performing, collaborative, and globally-minded group that prioritizes speed, quality, and candidate experience in every hire. 

The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP), you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in ensuring our Global Support Vertical, Customer Service and Accommodation Partner Services remains fully staffed with exceptional talent. You’ll drive hiring performance, elevate operational excellence, and shape recruitment strategy through data, experimentation, and collaboration. 
 
We’re looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, a sharp eye for talent, and a bias for action—someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is energized by the challenge of building and scaling world-class teams. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own the hiring strategy and execution to ensure 100% staffing targets for high-volume and niche roles in the Global Support Vertical and Operations.
  • Optimize recruitment funnels to improve speed, quality, and efficiency—backed by data and experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with TA Partners, Coordinators, Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Analytics teams across geographies.
  • Lead role intake sessions, craft compelling JDs, and ensure structured, consistent interview processes and documentation.
  • Analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable improvements across sourcing, assessments, and conversion.
  • Mentor and coach Associate TA Partners; build capability and consistency across the extended global TA team.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic TA projects such as:
    • Building recruiter upskilling programs
    • Piloting new sourcing or assessment methodologies
    • Embedding operational excellence into every recruitment stage
    • Introducing tools or technologies that elevate the candidate and stakeholder experience 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in fast-paced, global or high-growth environments
  • Strong data fluency—comfortable using metrics to diagnose issues and drive change
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track record of hiring quality talent in volume and/or international markets
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and high standards
  • Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Bangkok, Thailand
