We are looking for FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Bangkok. This role is based in Bangkok. Relocation is provided. 

About the Role 

We are seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about leveraging technology to enhance financial processes and analysis. You will play a key part in maintaining and improving our FP&A tools and software and will help drive our process improvement initiatives. While part of the FP&A team, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those with a strong tech foundation and an interest in finance.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Maintain and optimize FP&A tools  ensuring data accuracy, user access, and smooth operation. 
  • Support automation projects to improve efficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. 
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. 
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders. 
  • Provide user support and training for FP&A tools, acting as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and best practices. 
  • Stay up to date with new features and industry trends in financial technology and automation. 

 

What you’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a finance, data, or technology role with a demonstrated understanding of financial concepts 
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus. 
  • Critical Thinking : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 
  • Growth mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. 

 

It’s Great if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., OneStream, Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Fintastic) is a plus, but not required. 
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, data analysis, and process improvement.
