🌟What You’ll Do:

  • Shape Security: Design, implement, and manage user access controls and permissions.
  • Automate & Innovate: Streamline identity provisioning and de-provisioning—bring your automation skills!
  • Be a Go-To Expert: Support business access needs across multiple systems and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Drive Excellence: Maintain RBAC and ABAC models, and ensure requests are handled efficiently via ServiceDesk.
  • Grow with Us: Take on exciting long-term projects alongside daily tasks—your development matters here.
  • Lead Change: Make quick decisions, implement best practices, and help us continuously improve.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Operations Support, or as an IAM Analyst.
  • Experience with “no code” automations and working with APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and identity management tools (e.g., Okta, Active Directory).

🌈 It’s Great If You Have:

  • Experience with Azure AD, Exchange Online, or Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with Exchange and SharePoint administration.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Critical thinking skills—enjoys asking questions and challenging the status quo.
