About the Team:

Join our Supply Team, a group of dynamic professionals dedicated to developing innovative solutions for Agoda’s accommodation partners. We focus on nurturing strong partnerships and driving growth for both Agoda and our valued partners. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the execution of marketing strategies while gaining valuable experience in the B2B travel industry.

Job Overview:

Agoda is looking for a driven and enthusiastic B2B Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing strategies tailored to our accommodation partners. In this role, you will work closely with the Supply Team to implement marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing partner relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing strategy and planning: Develop B2B marketing plan for the whole quarter based on potential ROI and impact they can generate for the business.
  2. Content Creation: Develop compelling content and presentation for our global and local accommodation partners in various use cases.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support the development of effective marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  5. Project Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and account management, PR, legal to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing efforts.
  6. Budget Support: Assist in managing the marketing budget and resource allocation to maximize return on investment.


  1. Passion for Marketing: Demonstrated interest in marketing with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  3. Analytical Skills: Understanding of data analysis and the ability to draw insights from marketing metrics and performance indicators.
  4. Business acumen: Good business sense to help make sounded business / marketing decisions.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  6. Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  7. Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry and B2B marketing concepts is a plus.
