Back-End

Agoda’s Back-End Engineering teams build the distributed, fault‑tolerant systems that run Agoda’s global travel marketplace. Our platforms power pricing, inventory, bookings, and payments for millions of users, handling massive traffic and rolling out dozens of production releases every day. 

Data

The Data team enables data‑driven decision making across Agoda on a global scale. We design and operate platforms that handle massive volumes of data, including operational and analytical databases, streaming and queue systems, BI tools, and data science technologies.

Fraud

The Fraud team detects and prevents fraud across our platform globally, evolving machine‑learning‑driven models that deliver industry‑leading results and save Agoda and our customers millions of dollars every year.

Front-End/Mobile

The Front-End team defines how millions of users experience Agoda. We create the user‑facing products behind accommodations, flights, payments, marketing, and post‑booking journeys, serving fast, localized experiences to millions of travelers across the globe.

Infrastructures

The Infrastructure team powers Agoda at scale, running networks, servers, and storage across 25,000+ servers, one of Asia’s largest private OpenStack clouds, and Kubernetes‑based platforms that move millions of messages per second, keeping Agoda reliable around the clock.

NOC

The Network Operations Center (NOC) is the 24/7 caretaker of Agoda’s technology landscape. We monitor and support everything from applications to infrastructure, ensuring our customers and partners have a smooth, uninterrupted experience at all times.

Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance (QA) team protects the reliability of Agoda’s products from development through deployment. By partnering closely with engineering and building shared testing frameworks, the team enables high‑quality releases while safeguarding the customer experience.

Security

The Security team protects Agoda by overseeing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and security operations across the company. By identifying, preventing, and responding to threats, the team safeguards our platforms, employees, and users while continuously strengthening Agoda’s security posture as the business evolves.
