The Data Science team at Agoda is a dynamic and integral part of the company, consisting of around 40 talented members. This team is at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that enhance business decision-making, optimize processes, and elevate customer experiences. From hotel ranking and dynamic pricing to fraud detection and customer chatbots, the team’s work has a significant impact on Agoda’s operations.
Part of our tech department, the team is organized into specialized sub-teams, including Pricing, Bidding, Experimentation, Ranking, Content, LTC, Supply, and Fraud Detection. These sub-teams collaborate closely with various departments, such as Supply and Marketing, to drive data-driven outcomes. The shared goals are clear: optimizing customer experience, refining marketing decisions like pricing and ad spends, and improving the A/B testing framework.
