True to its name, our annual global learning event, aGROWda, is all about personal and professional growth. This weeklong event allows Agodans to retreat from the daily grind and get inspired by fresh ideas. “It’s a yearly reminder to invest in yourself, and it’s in everyone’s calendars, all the way up to the C-suite,“ shares Karin Biran, Senior Consultant on the Talent Business Partners team and planning committee member.
Each day begins with thoughtful panel discussions in which senior leaders share their leadership journeys and lessons learned throughout their careers. Then, you’ll dive deeper into these themes through smaller departmental sessions, focusing on practical ways to implement the ideas and transform them into actionable growth strategies.

Agoda Leap
Agoda Leap is our annual pitch competition where employees develop business ideas and present them to Agoda’s senior leaders. This program reflects our CEO Omri Morgenshtern‘s belief that “Good ideas can come from anyone,“ encouraging every Agodan to think creatively, collaborate across teams, and develop their entrepreneurial spirit.
Agoda Leap brings together employees across departments and seniority levels, enriching each team with diverse perspectives and expertise. Employee-Driven Learning Opportunities

For instance, the People team hosts Lunch and Learn, and the Marketing team has Meet & Learn sessions to give Agodans an interactive platform to share what they’ve been working on and answer questions. To take this idea to the next level, we also hosted Agoda Connect, a unique community expo packed with interactive booths from teams across the company.

For example, Thai Resources for Inspiration, Values, and Empowerment (THrive) hosts English-speaking workshops and the Agoda Rise program, which focuses on enhancing leadership skills, fostering confidence through a supportive environment, network, and providing role models for effective growth. Women@Agoda hosts coffee chats and seminars with inspiring female leaders in and out of Agoda. Similarly, Agoda Pride has organized educational panel discussions open to all employees on key topics like marriage equality and LGBTQ+ health.
