“My Agoda journey began in Dubai as Partner program manager back in November 2019. Today, I’m based in Cairo, leading the Supply Partners team for the Middle East and Africa region. My focus is on building talent and a culture that powers partner growth from our new hub. I love shaping a workplace where curiosity, ownership, and collaboration thrive, turning ideas into repeatable playbooks that help our team and partners succeed. 

What excites me most is the ability to continuously innovate how we work, while watching both people and partners grow. Recently, we codified our commercial best practices into an objection-handling program and coaching toolkit, which helped new joiners ramp up faster and raised the quality of every partner conversation. With our partners, we act as consultants. We translate data into clear actions, co-create plans, and track uplift together. Success here isn’t just about hitting targets. It’s about growing people, unlocking partner potential, and always innovating.”

In my current role, I primarily support our hotel partners in the Saudi Arabia market to optimize their operations and maximize their performance on the Agoda platform. My proudest achievement was being recognized as the top performer across the EMEA region in 2024, earning the Grand Prix Race award, a true highlight of my career.

My career at Agoda has evolved from Partner Executive to Senior Partner Executive, and now to leading the Acquisition team. In my current role, my day-to-day involves strategizing to acquire and reactivate properties, executing strategies that contribute to the region’s success, and collaborating with hotel partners to drive growth. “My journey with Agoda began as a Turkish-Speaking Partner Executive in Egypt, where I discovered the thrill of helping hotels shine, stay competitive, and grow through strong, daily collaboration. That hands-on experience with partners across markets sparked my passion for building meaningful relationships and driving impactful results. Now, as a Remote Account Manager for the MEA region, I’ve stepped into a role that lets me take that passion to a bigger stage — leading growth programs, unlocking new opportunities for our partners, and turning every conversation into a chance to create success stories together. 

One of my favorite things about working at Agoda is the chance to connect with managers from across different MEA countries. It feels like I’m building bridges across borders every day. Our team is wonderfully diverse, and every idea has the chance to shine. My last project was a collaboration with our Turkey office to enhance the Turkish hotels portfolio, which was an exciting challenge and a real opportunity to make an impact.”

“I joined Agoda in June 2024 as a Partner Performance Specialist for the Middle East, which was super exciting because I got to be part of Agoda’s expansion in the MEA region. Fast forward to 2025, I took on a new challenge and transitioned to the UK market. It’s a big shift, but I loved building relationships with our partners and helping Agoda establish a strong footprint there. 

I stay excited by the challenges in my market and the opportunity to build a strong network that helps Agoda grow. I also love motivating my teammates to keep pushing and hitting their targets. There’s always something new to learn or achieve! I really appreciate the open-door policy with upper management, they’re always willing to listen and help make our day-to-day work smoother.”

“As a remote Account Manager for Agoda’s EU market, I’ve had the unique opportunity to help launch the Remote Account Management structure for the supply team, piloting it in the MEA region in Q4 2025. My day-to-day is a blend of data analysis, resolving pricing and availability issues, and developing action plans to drive business growth. I work closely with property partners, building strong relationships and collaborating to ensure we’re always moving forward together. 

What keeps me excited about my role is the constant opportunity to connect with hotel partners and discover new ways to achieve win-win results. For example, one of my proudest accomplishments was leading a project to resolve complex pricing and availability issues for several key hotel partners. By analyzing data, coordinating with internal teams, and working closely with the properties, we implemented solutions that improved both performance and guest satisfaction.  

Seeing our efforts translate into tangible business growth for Agoda and our partners was incredibly rewarding. My success in the RAM pilot not only helped expand the program but also contributed to making it a permanent, more efficient part of our team.”

In my current role, I manage a portfolio of high-tier hotels across Turkey, overseeing their performance and building strong partnerships. My journey at Agoda has been one of steady growth, and I’m proud to be a key decision-maker and problem-solver for our partners. One of my proudest achievements has been leading projects to enhance the Turkish market from our Egypt office, leveraging my language skills and local knowledge to build strong relationships and drive growth.
