The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a Principal Consultant, Culture, Engagement & Organizational Performance to join our People Development & Performance team in Bangkok. You will join our team of experts who provide systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine, and scale capability development from the individual employee to organizational level, without taking ownership away from employees and their managers. 

This role encourages you to explore how the company works and gives you a global reach in finding ways we can keep improving. You will get the chance to identify and solve complex challenges; shape people processes and influence how our company operates whilst making sure our managers and people processes help us reach our business goals.  

We go beyond traditional learning and performance management—rethinking roles, structures, career paths, and the systems that shape employee experience and engagement. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful programs, reporting your insights directly to top management. 

 

In This Role, You’ll Get To 

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues on developing their teams to achieve ambitious business strategies, e.g., new ways to engage with partners, product innovation models, building culture and organization structure, and the necessary work to maintain high standards of performance and high employee engagement 

  • Provide pro-active analysis of data to identify patterns, inform strategy, track and measure impact and provide actionable recommendations tied to business output 

  • Present analysis and insights to senior leadership on relevant talent strategies eg: 

    • Patterns of employee behavior such as attrition, promotion, performance management outcomes,  

    • Employee sentiment surveys 

    • Demographic patterns 

  • Employ innovative methods to scale capability, that go beyond traditional learning, including role and organizational design, process and tools improvement, various learning modalities, etc. 

  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership and play a critical role in enhancing their effectiveness through assessment, feedback and coaching 

  •  Promote People compliance and operations to minimize regulatory violations and prevent rework 

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations at a multi-national organization 

  • Undergraduate degree from a top university expected, advanced degrees welcome 

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution 

  • Facilitating and coaching to drive business outcomes, including presenting to senior executives. 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and coordinate multiple initiatives from scratch to meet business goals and objectives, backed by clear and measurable metrics.  

  • Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders  

  • It’s not a must but it would be great if you have expertise in areas such as: Organizational design, onboarding, compensation, business consulting, and data analysis 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to lead critical conversations is paramount. 

  • Ownership mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines with a logical, methodical approach to prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.  

  • Utmost discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics 

  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment, display humility and flexibility. 

  • Excellent judgement, self-motivated, curious, and trustworthy 

  • Flexibility and a sense of humor are a must
