ABOUT THE REGIONAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE TEAM: 

Our Regional Management Office (RMO) team collaborates closely with the supply management team to develop business strategies and execute exciting projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring sustainable, long-term relationships with Agoda’s accommodation partners. 

The Senior Lead/Senior Manager – Regional Management Office (RMO) at Agoda is responsible for understanding market demand from both accommodation partners and end customers, designing optimal partner program strategies, and launching localized initiatives on Agoda’s platform. The objective is to exceed KPIs aligned with the company’s business goals and to encourage the supply team to utilize various Business Intelligence tools to monitor and assess targeted metrics for success. 

In this role, you will leverage strong partner program planning skills, robust analytical abilities, and solid project management expertise to engage stakeholders from both headquarters and regional offices, ensuring the successful execution of projects. 

This is a highly dynamic position, with projects that may change frequently. Therefore, ideal candidates are flexible problem-solvers who are eager to improve operational efficiency and passionate about continuous learning and development. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Gain a deep understanding of market demand from both accommodation partners and end customers by employing a variety of strategic partner programs and analytical methods, in alignment with business development strategies and go-to-market approaches. 
  • Identify problems and generate insights to expand business impact and overcome challenges through analysis, developing innovative partner program strategies and solutions using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Lead and initiate partner program projects with a proactive and analytical approach, utilizing a structured framework and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, primarily from headquarters in Bangkok and the North Asia region. 
  • Manage partner program projects to meet initiative requirements, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery through successful launches. 
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate partner program project performance against predefined KPIs and milestones, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders across Bangkok and the North Asia region. 
  • Support the Strategic Account Management and Partner Executive teams in achieving business objectives by setting program goals, designing success metrics, establishing targets, and tracking performance. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. 
  • Must be fluent in English and Korean.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in areas such as market research, business forecasting, project management, and product/service launch planning. 
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to support your reasoning using a structured framework. 
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, including observation, analysis, assumption, communication, and problem-solving. 
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for exploring new ideas. 
  • Adaptable to new technologies, a quick learner, and energized by change. 
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Strong preference for past work experience in a multinational corporation and understanding how to handle stakeholders based in different countries.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders across central and regional offices. 
  • Highly efficient, able to multitask and work under constant deadlines. 
  • Experience and understanding of operations and business processes. 
  • Intermediate proficiency in writing SQL queries. 
  • Previous OTA Experience is a plus but not required.
