The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Tech Sourcer Specialist with a proven track record of discovering and hiring amazing engineering talent. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development and execution of Sourcing strategies to find exceptional talent to fill our senior and/or critical engineering roles.

*This role is based in Bangkok and on hybrid work setup, relocation will be provided for successful applicants who aren’t yet based in Thailand

**There’s no options to be based in other cities or remote arrangement at the moment

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively source and engage senior-level engineering candidates for critical/low-supply roles and manage your candidates in the first steps of their hiring process.
• Set the standard for world-class outreach, candidate experience and key stakeholders’ collaboration (both within Talent Acquisition and the business teams you support).
• Discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels.
• Leverage data effectively to prioritize efforts, monitor pipeline health and guide sourcing strategy.
• Own market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where the best technical talent lives and how to reach it.
• Present market insights, search progress and candidate recommendations with clarity and confidence, particularly in ambiguous or evolving searches.
• Drive rigor in calibration: challenge assumptions, align early and advocate for sourcing approaches that optimize for long-term outcomes.
• Focus on quality and alignment at the optimal volume to meet goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience.
• A sales mindset: persuasive, persistent and value-led in every touchpoint.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end, high impact projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into business decisions.
• High autonomy, urgency and follow-through.
• Thrive on change: you iterate fast and keep moving.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.
• Previous experience hiring for Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
