The B2B Digital Marketing team delivers high-quality, scalable marketing campaigns for our partners across B2B2C channels. We balance operational excellence with growth impact — building repeatable frameworks that support dozens of partners while serving as strategic marketing advisors who help them maximize partnership value. 

The role 

As Manager, B2B Digital Marketing, you will own end-to-end marketing delivery for partner campaigns, manage a small team, and serve as a strategic marketing advisor to our B2B partners. You’ll work closely with Partner Managers and Commercial teams to understand each partner’s business model, provide expert marketing guidance, and drive mutual growth through data-driven recommendations. 

What you will be doing 

  • Own delivery of B2B partner marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring timely execution and high-quality standards. 
  • Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to partners — understanding their business goals and providing expert recommendations on marketing strategies to drive growth and optimize performance. 
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners, creating executive-level decks and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Influence partners to adopt high-impact marketing strategies that align with their objectives and Agoda’s priorities; identify opportunities to maximize contribution margin and ROI. 
  • Design and improve end-to-end marketing delivery processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and output quality at scale.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and drivers of success; translate insights into practical recommendations that increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Build standardized frameworks, playbooks, and tools that enable the team to manage and improve tens of partners simultaneously.
  • Manage and develop 2 direct reports; lead partner conversations with confidence and motivate stakeholders through compelling data narratives.

What you’ll need to succeed 

  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, operations, analytics, consulting, or growth roles, ideally in tech, e-commerce, travel, or B2B environments.
  • Strong SQL skills (must-have) with the ability to independently analyze large datasets.
  • Experience in a consultative or advisory role, with proven ability to guide and influence partners or clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills — both written (clear, powerful presentations and decks) and spoken (ability to lead strategic conversations).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business impact.
  • People management experience or clear readiness to manage others.
  • Bachelor’s degree

It’s great if you have 

  • Background in management consulting, internal strategy, or advisory roles.
  • Experience building scalable partner programs or standardized playbooks.
  • Understanding of how partnerships contribute to revenue growth.
  • Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Exposure to B2B, affiliate, or partner marketing models.
