Key Objective:

As Business Analysis and Operations Manager/Assistant Manager – Partner Services Team, you will provide data analytic support & in-depth market insights to identify growth opportunities/challenges and build scalable action plan to catch/resolve them. You will also be hands-on to develop and implement your ideas based on your findings to define and implement country strategies as well as in driving the local implementation of global initiatives and innovations. You will also provide strategic advice to Director level to solve complex problems and identify new opportunities.  

Who Are We Looking For:

You are an expert at interpreting and actioning strategic business goals. This includes project prioritization and planning as well as setting the relevant KPIs and motivating the team to follow through. You bring analytical acumen coupled with marketplace knowledge and a high level of operational savvy. You have a history of owning projects and are relentless in driving these through to completion. 

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Support Regional VP in regional and global initiatives 
  • Support Country Director in developing and executing country plans 
  • Drive and support regional and local teams in:
    • Planning and implementing KPI
    • Prioritizing and planning various projects
    • Developing new tools that contribute to greater productivity and efficiency of your team 
  • Be an ambassador for your countries to other internal teams to share best practice or challenges
  • Interpret and action strategic business goals 
  • Report and present to senior management, locally and globally
  • Drive and project manage new key initiatives in areas of operational/revenue opportunities and team efficiencies
  • Host trainings and prepare training material when needed

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 5 years’ experience in operations, strategy or project management required
  • Commercial experience in a multinational environment, especially in e-commerce, internet, technology industries preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills with strong attention to details
  • Proven track record in project delivery and process management
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence different stakeholders, including cross-functional teams as well as local and global senior management
  • Energetic and driven with professional “Get it done” attitude
  • Creative and Innovative, adapt well to and are energized by change
  • Team player with great collaboration skills   
  • Strong interpersonal skills (externally and internally)
  • Fluency in both Cantonese and English a must
  • Working knowledge and fluency with SQL is a plus 
  • Experience in management consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required, MBA a plus
