I still remember the time I just joined Agoda four years ago when our team was much smaller. As the organization grew bigger, we got more projects and teams to support the expansion. Overtime, we put effort to improve and standardize the overall design work process which helps designers follow the same workflow, improve work efficiency, and provide better collaboration and transparency across teams. Our talented team of designers specialize in different things, which allows us to learn new things every day. By collaborating cross-functionally, I was able to bring new perspectives to my work. For example, by applying gamification knowledge to the design of Agoda's enterprise partner tool, I opened up possibilities for partners to make better business decisions.
