Analytical/ Technical Tracks
Early Careers (0-4 years experience) | Experienced (4+ years experience)

Designed for candidates who enjoy solving operational problems using data, automation, and systems thinking.
Ideal for those with backgrounds in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or technical consulting and comfortable with SQL, BI tools, low-code logic, or programming exposure.

Commercial/ Operational Excellence Tracks
Early Careers (0-4 years experience) | Experienced (4+ years experience)

Designed for candidates who enjoy driving process improvements, project rollouts, and measurable operational impact.
Ideal for those with backgrounds in Operations Management, Business, Economics, consulting, or program/project coordination with strong structured thinking and execution skills.
