This position is for vibrant multilingual Customer Experience Group (CEG) within Agoda. The role of Recruiter acts as a talent acquisition specialist contributing to Agoda’s success by developing and implementing staffing strategies to identify high-quality, diverse multilingual candidates for positions throughout the Company globally. You will concentrate on active and passive candidate generation for positions across multiple locations globally and promoting Agoda as employer of choice.

About the Role 

As a Junior Associate (Probationary Attorney) at Agoda Payment Korea, you will support the Legal team with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to understand the critical role of legal and compliance functions within a global business. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist the Legal team in preparing legal documents, memorandums, presentations, policies, procedures, and training materials. 

• Review and draft legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, contract addendums, renewals, terminations, and service terms and conditions. 

• Conduct legal research and draft reports or summaries based on research and external counsel’s advice. 

• Support ongoing legal and compliance projects, including tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks. 

• Liaise and coordinate with various internal teams to support business projects. 

• Assist with ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) due diligence processes, including preparing and filing relevant documentation. 

• Support the implementation and maintenance of a contract management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. 

• Prepare draft responses for customer complaints and inquiries, including those required for submission to government agencies. 

Qualifications:

• Excellent Korean and English both spoken and written
• Major in Law preferred
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
