About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to support the Agoda Ambassador program—a fast-growing affiliate program connecting passionate travel creators with Agoda. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our influencer program, ensuring a seamless experience for hundreds of creators from outreach to onboarding, contracting, communication, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Outreach:
    Proactively reach out to hundreds of potential creators via our influencer platform and direct contact, introducing them to the Agoda Creator Community and answering initial questions.
  • Onboarding & Relationship Management:
    Guide interested influencers through the onboarding process, ensuring all required steps and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently. 
  • Contract Management:
    Coordinate the contracting process for each creator, including sending, tracking, and filing agreements, making sure all agreements are signed by the agreed timeline. 
  • Day-to-Day Communication:
    Serve as the main point of contact for all creator inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to FAQs and investigating solutions for more complex questions.
  • Payment Processing:
    Manage quarterly commission payments and monthly reimbursements for creators, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery on a one-to-one basis.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain up-to-date records of creator status, contracts, communications, and payment schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and experience of the Creator Community program.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Assist with compiling reports and analyzing metrics to help the team monitor program growth.

Requirement:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with administrative work, contract management, and payment processing
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Experience with spreadsheets and influencer platforms is a plus
  • High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Previous experience in affiliate programs or community management is a plus
