 The Opportunity

The HRIS Development Program is designed for early-career professionals seeking to build a strong foundation in People Technology at Agoda. Over the course of this 10-month rotational program, participants will gain hands-on experience with leading platforms such as Workday and rotate through key functions, including human capital management, data governance, integrations, and project management. 

Upon completion of all rotations, participants will have the opportunity to lead a continuous improvement initiative as their capstone project, applying their newly acquired skills to drive real impact. Graduates of the program will be well-positioned to contribute to HRIS implementations, working alongside our team specialists to support Agoda’s evolving people technology landscape.

This opportunity is open to individuals who are eligible to work in Thailand and are fresh graduates or at the early stages of their professional careers.

What you’ll Need to Succeed: 

• 0-2 years of experience – perfect for recent graduates or those early in their professional journey.  

• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. 

• You have a natural curiosity to explore new ideas, technologies, and ways of working. You’re proactive in seeking out knowledge and can learn independently to keep up with a fast-changing environment. 

• You take responsibility for your work, follow through on commitments, and strive for excellence. 

• You’re creative, always looking for new ways to improve, and not afraid to think outside the box.
