The opportunity:

As a Supply Project Management Intern in the Flights Supply Strategy & Project Management team, you will play an important role in supporting the development and execution of Agoda’s flights supply strategy. You’ll help identify growth opportunities and drive key projects that aim to establish Agoda Flights as a core business.

You will collaborate closely with senior team members, conducting market and competitor research and helping to prepare presentations for leadership. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in strategy development, project management, and cross-functional teamwork.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Create and update reports on flights supply performance and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic documents and presentations for leadership.
  • Support the execution of cross-functional projects by tracking progress and outcomes.
  • Monitor KPIs and OKRs to evaluate the success of the flights supply team.

Requirements:

  • Currently a 3rd-year student or below with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge in Database Management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Tableau)

It’s great if you have: 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business and Management (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and others) or Formal Sciences (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and others)
  • Knowledge in Financial Modeling and Analysis
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel: Formulas, Functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), Macros, and VBA programming for automation
