In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Coordinate logistics for a variety of events and catering (e.g., internal meetings, corporate functions) and gradually learn to plan catering services. 
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines 
  • Familiarize with technologies and productivity tools 
  • Create and design PowerPoint presentations and Word documents; basic proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus. 
  • Oversee office duties such as sourcing supplies, managing VIP visitor badges, and maintaining swag inventory. 
  • Maintain and organize confidential documents and records; assist EA team members with administrative tasks. 
  • Provide relevant data and information to assist executive assistance in making decisions 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism 
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency. 
  • Incorporate feedback to continuously improve processes and encourage team collaboration 
  • Provide ad-hoc support as required, swiftly handling urgent matters 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or coordination roles. 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (fair to good) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with graphic design software is a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. 

It’s Great If You Have 

  • Experience in video editing (e.g. Canva, CAPcut)  
  • A global perspective and experience working with diverse cultures
