The Opportunity
The Analyst, Contracts Management will play a vital part in helping us enable and scale up our global contracting processes and tools. Our ideal candidate should possess knowledge of contract management, legal terminology, and detail-oriented.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Be the go-to person for all global contract operational questions or issues.
- Support the Legal Operations Team in creating, maintaining, and looking for ways to improve our contracting processes.
- Manage users, access group, and workflows in Contract Management System (CMS) and ensure the contracts are finalized in correct and timely manner.
- Manage contract signature requests.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of all metadata within the CMS.
- Monitor and schedule reminders for contract expiration or renewal.
- Support in data migration: collect, track, analyze, and report contract data.
- Help develop self-service tools and learning programs for CMS users.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of work experience in related fields
- Experience with contract management is highly desired.
- Excellent clear communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships.
- Tech-savvy: the ability to understand standard logic and functionality of new software.
- Strong skill set working with business applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, etc.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, open-minded attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with international companies is a plus.
- Understand the nature of a fast-paced business environment.
