  • 海外ユーザを含む、社内エンドユーザの日常的なIT関連ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアのセットアップ、インストール、設定、およびトラブルシューティング(日本語・英語サポートの割合7:3)
  • チケットシステムを使用したリクエスト・タスク管理
  • 社内ネットワーク、インフラシステム障害発生時の海外担当チームへの問い合わせ
  • PCのキッティングやリプレイス、及びセキュリティアップデートのサポート
  • 社内会議用AVシステムの運用サポート
  • 社内IT機器のインベントリ
  • Windows環境及びActive directoryを使用したユーザサポート
  • Intune、SCCM、Kace、Altirisなどのエンタープライズシステム管理ツールの運用・保守
  • その他社内IT機器関連プロジェクトのサポート




  • テクニカルサポート、社内ヘルプデスク、ネットワーク、インフラのいずれか数年のサポート経験がある方
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • 責任感があり、問題を解決し、悩みを先送りしない姿勢のある方
  • 顧客サービス志向のある方
  • 新しいテクノロジーをキャッチアップし、変化を受け入れることに抵抗のない方
  • 高いコミュニケーション力のある方、ユーモア感覚はプラスです。
  • チームワークを⼤切にできる⽅
  • Windows Autopilot, JAMFなどの大規模コンピュータ展開ソリューションへの理解
  • 企業環境におけるWindows/MacOS/Officeの深い知識
