About Design Operations 

Our mission is to drive efficiency, agility, and quality throughout our product organization, empowering us to continuously improve and deliver exceptional results. As our organization gets larger, the need for operational support, standardization, and reduction of friction becomes more important. 

You’ll be working with a small team responsible for defining and maintaining Org-wide process and workflows, defining, monitoring, and collecting metrics for processes introduced, Org-wide tooling, and implementing accessibility requirements for our design and engineering teams. 

Day to day, it looks like:

  • Own rollout of successful projects to the design organization
  • Communicating effectively through all stages of a project’s lifecycle
  • Managing timelines with project leads and taskforce 
  • Help define project objectives, scope, and strategic focus to ensure resourcing of top priorities
  • Help create project plans
  • Delegating necessary work to project team members and limiting potential distractions
  • Resolving issues that arise during the completion of projects
  • Monitoring progress of open and existing projects and support 
  • Getting sign-offs and approvals from key stakeholders
  • Create project and communication templates, and help coordinate meetings and calendars 
  • Collaborate with UX Programs and Operations Pillar leads to support business rhythms and operations 

Skills needed for success:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience working in Project Management  
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Ability to solve for efficiency and reduce overhead of operational work 
  • Self organized and structured 
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong time Management and ability to keep others on track
  • Ability to understand analytics and query data is a plus
