The Role 

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will be pivotal in devising and implementing great experiences that resonate with our diverse team of over 6,000 employees across Thailand and globally. Sitting in the Workplace Experience Team, this role navigates the balance between creativity and logistics, requiring a visionary mind that’s grounded in practicality. You’ll be the architect of moments that matter, from intimate team events to large quarterly socials, promoting wellbeing and connection within the Agoda family. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and orchestrate a variety of employee events and initiatives, ensuring memorable and meaningful experiences for teams of all sizes, both locally and globally. 
  • Take ownership of projects across four key areas: wellbeing, in-office initiatives, connection events, global programs 
  • Collaborate with teams across the board – including Internal Communications, Workplace Services, CSR, D&I and Talent Business Partners – to craft experiences that enhance engagement and affirm Agoda as an employer of choice. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights and your expertise in employee experience to guide decision-making, ensuring all initiatives are rooted in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement. 
  • Develop scalable, innovative solutions that adapt to dynamic business needs, fostering a culture that leaves every Agoda employee feeling motivated and valued.
  • Apply advanced project management techniques to oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Employ a combination of internal resources and third-party vendors to elevate our employee experience.
  • Establish and maintain metrics for success, implementing feedback mechanisms and action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources in partnership with Finance. 

Desired skills & experience: 

  • 5-8 years of experience in event management, marketing or workplace experience programs, with a proven track record of delivering impactful programs. 
  • Exceptional budget and project management skills, with an aptitude for managing timelines and resources effectively. 
  • Comprehensive experience coordinating multifaceted projects across various teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors. 
  • Excellent command of English with strong presentation skills; fluency in Thai is highly advantageous. 
  • A strong analytical mindset, coupled with outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. 
  • Resilient under pressure, with a calm demeanor and a knack for uncovering creative solutions to challenges. 
  • A passionate advocate for enhancing Employee Experience, with a clear vision for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; able to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders persuasively and respectfully. 
  • Culturally aware, with the versatility to navigate and unite a global workforce through thoughtful and tailored experiences.
