The Opportunity:

Agoda is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our IT Support Department. The ideal candidate must have a track record of delivering IT Support solution, This must include, global helpdesk solutions that target ticket SLA  and repeat cases. User endpoint experience, such as laptop performance. Remote connectivity including VPN and video conference. Local office and corporate infrastructure upgrades. Cloud  solutions and service management solutions.

In this Role, you’ll get to: 

  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT support projects within budget, scope, and timelines agreed upon with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical personnel, to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met.
  • Implement effective communication practices to keep project stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and risks.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks and escalate when necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
    Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Continuously monitor and measure key performance indicators to ensure project progress is on track and within KPIs.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in project management within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT support processes and methodologies.
  • Must have delivered projects that include:
    • Helpdesk Ticket SLA Improvements
    • End user laptop performance
    • Local office ad Corp IT upgrades and migrations
    • Delivered Project update, coordination and lesson learned for multiple projects
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Agile/Scrum, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of corporate IT services including Microsoft O365 and Active Directory.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate interactions with stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

  • Strong ownership.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team.
