The Opportunity: 

The selected Global Mobility Senior Manager would be leading Agoda’s continuous journey of being a global tech employer of choice. This person would be leading and building mobility solutions and programs to contribute to Agoda’s overall attraction and retention strategy. This person would continue to build our mobility team Mobility Team, and also assist in the day-to-day management of the Immigration program, while working on other exciting global projects which involves multiple stakeholders, within the internal & external function of the businesses. 

In this Role, you’ll get to:  

  • Manage and coordinate global mobility services related but not limited to, the People Team Operations, immigration and relocation support, and vendor management for Agoda employees, focusing on business efficiency and local support 
  • Researches, develops, and leads in the design and implementation of best-in-class Mobility programs that serve the needs of Agoda Talent Landscape  
  • Work closely with relevant People team and business line stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding with a key focus on employee experience
  • Manage, maintain, and build relationships with government stakeholders to ensure that we can be aligned with the business
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management is required
  • Manage escalations, ensure appropriate stakeholders are aware and that matters are resolved in a timely manner
  • Building internal relationships with different teams to ensure business continuity
  • Take ownership of tasks and propose solutions on how to improve the processes 
  • Must have proven track record of managing all dimensions of mobility

What you’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • At least 8+ years of relevant working experience within global mobility specific to relocations, assignments, immigration while working cross-functionally with HR, legal, business stakeholders, professional services firm 
  • Experience in managing complex cross borders corporate immigration related matters; specific countries knowledge in APAC is a strong plus 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to work at both operational and strategic levels
  • Experience in leading transformation and process improvement projects
  • Experience in building and managing a high performing team
  • Communication skills – excellent verbal fluency in English and stakeholder management skills to manage multiple stakeholders which may include government officials 
  • Resiliency – being able to work under complex requirements, tight deadlines & high volumes of work
  • Industry savvy – proficient in Mobility developments in the marketspace as well as the future of work
  • Ownership – showcase that you have the knack to take a problem, own it and solve it.
  • Integrity – high level of discretion, confidentiality and ethics.
  • Strong customer service – deliver consistent customer-oriented services to internal and external parties.
