About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Content Writer to join our Employer Brand Team in Bangkok. This is an excellent opportunity to work in Agoda’s growing Employer Brand team to create careers related content that drives growth and engagement and positions Agoda as an employer of choice.
In this role, you will
- Create long-form content for Agoda’s Career blog, establishing impactful narratives for our candidates based on our content strategy & guidelines.
- Optimize and write SEO content across the website and blog
- Work closely with Agoda’s Employer Brand team members to write for social media channels aligned with our voice.
- Write content for our website/landing pages and email marketing activities.
- Produce engaging performance ad copies for marketing campaigns
- Proofread texts across various channels (social, website, landing page, emails), ensuring quality and consistency
- Proactively work to propose stand-out ideas for Employer Brand editorial calendar and get hands-on from end to end
What you need to be successful
- Excellent English – both written and verbal.
- 2-3 years experience working in agencies, start-ups, or companies, ideally for B2C digital/tech products/employer brand in content writing (A portfolio is required.)
- Basic understanding of SEO-driven content
- Firm understanding of marketing and writing persuasive copy
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, fluid environment
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives while remaining focused and calm
- Solid project management skills

- This is a Bangkok based role only, no visa/ relocation support provided.
