The Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. In this Role, you’ll get to:
Strategize: You will get to define our Analytical goals and design to roadmap to reach them, building a realistic plan with clear deliverables, success metrics and milestones/checkpoints. In addition to that you will own of one of our three Strategic Pillars for which you will build the target, strategy and optimization framework.
Lead: You will have dedicated resources to develop each of the two strategic areas under your responsibility, who will depend on you for guidance, decision making and creative problem solving.
Coach: You will be in charge of leading and coaching our Analysts about the most appropriate tools and techniques for different analytical situations and of exploring new and innovative methods, algorithms and systems.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:
4+ years of Digital Marketing, Consulting or Strategy/Business Operations experience
Solid command of SQL + Tableau (or equivalent tools) and analytical methods (regression, time series, etc.)
The drive to design and a strategy and get it executed, no matter what
It’s Great if you Have:
At least 1 year of Team Management experience
Experience with Customer Analytics (RFM, segmentation techniques, etc.)
Master’s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative or marketing subject (statistics, engineering, digital marketing, financial modelling, etc.)
