Agoda’s Product team works to innovate at the micro and macro levels simultaneously, discovering and developing the products, features, and functions that drive customer travel and Agoda’s bottom line. We work closely with different teams to turn their concepts into reality. We are responsible for all of Agoda’s online, app, and payment products, making sure they work seamlessly and directly contribute to the company’s world-class reputation.

I started my Agoda career in Product, took several years to lead other areas of the business, and rejoined this team. I've always been impressed by how Product works hand-in-hand with other departments to innovate, build, test, and continuously optimize our offerings to get the best results for our users - from the thousands of employees to the millions of customers and properties who rely on the products we build. The work is intellectually challenging, impactful, and fast-moving. We take a hypothesis-driven, scientific approach to our work, and we're not afraid to course-correct when needed. I love getting to work alongside my diverse and very talented colleagues. I'm still learning every day even after 8 years here, so there is no dull day at Agoda!
